Claire Sanga

A founding partner of TPS more than ten years ago. She previously developed her professional career in the transfer pricing practice in one of the Big Four companies in the UK and in Spain, with experience in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing policy design and documentation projects.

José A. Otero

With more than 15 years of experience in the practice, mostly in Big4 firms, Jose has solid experience in transfer pricing policy design and documentation projects, APA’s negotiation and tax audit proceedings. His background includes 4 years of practice in Boston, USA, allowing him to specialize in American practices.

Antonio Pina

Antonio has more than 18 years of experience in the design of transfer pricing policies, coordination of international projects, defense of transfer pricing in tax audits and courts, and negotiation of APA’s and MAP’s for Spanish and multinational companies in several industries (i.e. energy, telecom, pharma and finance).

Ángela Rodríguez de Tembleque

Throughout her 15 years of industry experience, Angela has been involved in the design and planning of transfer pricing policies and preparation of global transfer pricing documentation for multiple multinational groups involving multiple jurisdictions.
